Job Description
A Commercial Roofing Field Project Foreman oversees the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, manages job organization, and communicates with customers to ensure project success and quality workmanship.

- Supervise roofing job sites and organize work activities
- Communicate with customers regarding project progress and issues
Requirements
- Experience as a Commercial Roofing professional with leadership abilities
- Ability to oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality workmanship
- Ability to supervise installation and organize jobs throughout the roof replacement process
- Strong customer communication skills
- Willingness to participate in training including ride-along coaching
