Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Trainer (Mx Trainer) to support our Manufacturing organization in Fremont, CA.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment (maintenance, equipment engineering, or manufacturing operations)
3–5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting automated equipment
Strong understanding of: PLC systems and electrical schematics Digital and analog I/O systems Preventive maintenance systems and practices
Proven experience with automated manufacturing tools and equipment
Ability to read and use precision measurement instruments
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Experience delivering technical training or mentoring others
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across teams
High attention to detail with strong follow-through
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
High School Diploma or GED required (technical certification preferred)
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Flexibility to support changing shifts or schedules
Ability to work both on the floor and in a training/classroom setting
A hands-on technical expert who can troubleshoot equipment and teach others effectively
A structured trainer who can build scalable, repeatable programs
A collaborative partner who works across Maintenance, Production, Engineering, HR, and Safety
A continuous improvement mindset focused on raising technician capability and equipment performance
