An Executive Assistant role supporting senior executives by managing schedules, handling administrative tasks, coordinating travel, and performing notary duties in a fast-paced environment within a clean energy company.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and scheduling
Make travel and accommodation arrangements for executives
Track, prepare, and submit expense reports for reimbursement
Format and prepare internal and external communications such as emails, presentations, and reports
Take minutes during meetings
Perform notary public duties as required
Assist with planning meetings and company events
Support other Executive Assistants as backup
Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements
Five years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
Current Notary Public license issued by the Notary Commission of the State of California.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Extremely detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and forward-thinking.
Diplomatic and tactful with the ability to maintain a positive attitude and willingness to work with all team members.
Willingness to go above and beyond to consistently produce excellent quality of work.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external contacts.
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
Discretion concerning confidential or sensitive information.

Compensation/salary range: $80,732 - $100,732 USD
