Job Description
A Contract Administrator supporting a clean energy development team by managing services contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance, timely execution, and effective stakeholder coordination to keep project timelines on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer services contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely execution and compliance
- Track contract status, deadlines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for contract preparation, review, and execution
- Process and facilitate payment of invoices
- Maintain organized records of contracts, amendments, invoices, and payments
- Identify and resolve contract bottlenecks proactively
- Review third-party agreements for consistency and accuracy
- Provide updates to leadership on contract progress and outstanding items
Requirements
- Three years of experience in business administration, preferably in contract administration.
- Familiarity with renewable energy, infrastructure development, or real estate is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management software, Concur, and Microsoft Office Suite is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $93,000 - $109,000 USD plus bonus
