Job Description
The Associate, Portfolio Analytics supports the management and optimization of utility-scale solar development projects by analyzing project performance, tracking portfolio trends, and assisting in strategic planning and reporting to enhance project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the performance of solar development projects across various stages
- Iterate on standard operating procedures for schedule creation and management
- Create and evaluate long and short-term project analyses and milestones
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data updates
- Support portfolio forecasting and scenario modeling for strategic planning
- Prepare materials for internal presentations, board reviews, and external stakeholders
- Develop and improve standardized portfolio management processes and tools
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve project efficiency and outcomes
Requirements
- Four-year Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of experience in project management and data analysis, preferably in utility-scale renewable energy
- Experience contributing to the development and maintenance of project schedules
- Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Power BI and similar data visualization tools
- Understanding of scheduling practices and terminology
- Experience with SiteTracker, Primavera P6, MS Teams, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar software
- Knowledge of utility-scale solar and storage development life cycle
- Experience with cost management and analysis
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Compensation/salary range: $105,128 - $123,680 USD plus bonus
