Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate the launch & adoption of new capabilities and products within the field operations, vehicle operations and customer operations domain
Oversee feedback channels, support triaging and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement
Partner with your customers to develop a capability roadmap that supports meeting our companies objectives
Provide transparency and create alignment through effective communication of upcoming launches, opportunities, issues and decisions
Act as an subject matter expert and provide guidance, clarity and training support

Aurora’s Product Operations team is at the fore-front of technology, providing partnership to product, operations & engineering and ensuring commercial operations capabilities are delivered on time, safely and efficiently. We do so by establishing best practices, designing processes & systems, introducing automation & insights and by supporting the delivery of new capabilities.
We are looking for a Staff Product Operations manager with network & infrastructure planning and logistics technology experience to join us on this exciting journey.
You will report directly to the Director of Product Operations and be based in Dallas, Texas.
8+ years of experience in a technology-focused role such as Product Management, Product Operations, Business Strategy, Product Commercialization, Technical Program Management, or Sales Strategy and Operations
BA/BS degree in related technical subject (e.g. Industrial Engineer, Computer Science, Engineering), or equivalent practical experience in a technical field
Experience implementing technology within the network planning, logistics technology and dispatch domain
Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc)
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners
MBA or equivalent
Experience in the autonomous vehicle, automotive, trucking, transportations, and (or) logistics industry
Strong technical background, with an understanding of the development process
Proficiency in analyzing data, metrics, and feedback to identify issues, trends, and tooling improvements to make informed decisions
Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships; experience working directly with senior stakeholders across product, operations and engineering
The base salary range for this position is $133K-$213K per year. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
