Job Description

The role involves leading digital and social media marketing strategies to enhance Aurora's online presence, engage audiences, and support brand awareness and lead generation through content creation, campaign management, analytics, and industry trend analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance Aurora's online presence and audience engagement.
  • Oversee digital and social media marketing efforts, including organic and paid channels, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage content strategy, updates, and website enhancements to support customer education and lead generation.
  • Lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns, including creative development and media buying.
  • Monitor and improve search engine visibility through SEO, AEO, and SEM initiatives.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics and generate reports to inform ongoing marketing optimization.
  • Leverage AI tools to scale digital marketing efforts such as social listening, community engagement, and content creation.
  • Lead social media strategy and content development across platforms like LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Manage social media community monitoring and engagement activities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to innovate social media strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing within an agency, brand, or B2B marketing setting.
  • Proven track record as a digital marketing generalist with deep expertise in digital media, social media, and content development.
  • Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools like GA4, GTM, Sprout Social, Semrush and ad platforms like LinkedIn, Google.
  • Expertise in social media-specific content creation and management across platforms including LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as website CMS.
  • Experience overseeing paid media campaigns and using data analytics for optimization.
  • Ability to build trust and drive clear consensus with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and effectively manage change, ambiguity, and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel and work across time zones as needed.

Benefits & Perks

Base salary range: 127,000 - 184,500 per year
Annual bonus
Equity compensation
Hybrid work environment with in-office presence at least 3 days per week
