Job Description
The Senior Program Manager will oversee and optimize Aurora's talent acquisition technology stack, drive data analytics and automation initiatives, and enhance recruiting workflows to support efficient and effective hiring processes in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the Talent Acquisition (TA) tech stack, including auditing, vendor management, and implementing new technologies.
- Develop and execute a roadmap to automate workflows and enhance recruiter and hiring manager experience.
- Advise TA leadership on emerging solutions to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Operationalize TA metrics through collaboration with TA leadership and People Analytics, and build dashboards to monitor key hiring metrics.
- Design and deliver seamless integrations between ATS, HRIS, scheduling, and assessment platforms in partnership with IT and People Tech teams.
- Champion automation and AI pilots to accelerate sourcing, screening, and scheduling processes.
Requirements
- Five years of experience managing Talent Acquisition operations, systems, or programs within a high-growth environment.
- Proven expertise in owning a Talent Acquisition (TA) roadmap and optimizing a modern tech stack such as Greenhouse, Goodtime, TextExpander, LinkedIn, Ashby to eliminate manual work.
- Demonstrated ability to operationalize TA metrics, build self-service dashboards, and leverage data to influence hiring strategies.
- Hands-on experience partnering with People Tech and IT teams to design seamless integrations between ATS, HRIS, scheduling, and assessment platforms.
- Strong track record of establishing data quality standards and driving team-wide accountability for data accuracy.
- Experience in simplifying complex workflows and automating manual recruiting tasks to improve efficiency.
- Experience influencing TA leadership to modernize hiring processes.
- Curiosity and interest in exploring AI and automation solutions to streamline the hiring process for stakeholders, candidates, recruiters, coordinators, and hiring teams.

Compensation/salary range: $108,000 - $173,000 per year
