Job Description
The Visualization Tools Engineer will develop and enhance visualization and debugging tools for Aurora's core motion planning systems, collaborating closely with engineers to improve software observability and development workflows in the context of self-driving vehicle technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Build 2D and 3D visualizations for debugging core planner components
- Enhance core planner components to improve observability architecture
- Create tooling to accelerate software development iterations
- Unify workflows for tabular data and log data analysis
- Collaborate closely with core planner engineers
Requirements
- Strong JavaScript or TypeScript experience
- Experience interfacing with product users in a tight feedback loop
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, mathematics, physics, or a similar field
