Job Description
The Technology Services Systems Analyst provides end-user technical support, manages IT infrastructure, and assists with software and hardware deployment to ensure smooth technology operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user technical support via in-person, phone, and electronic communication.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, account, and printer issues.
- Install and configure software applications and company standard software.
- Maintain and support the company's network, infrastructure, and security protocols.
- Set up and deploy workstations, networks, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage inventory of IT assets and support Autodesk applications.
- Log support tasks and follow company support procedures.
- Assist in maintaining system updates and security measures.
- Lead projects and teams related to IT support and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related field
- Three (3) years of experience in a corporate setting performing the essential functions of this position, including providing end-user support, troubleshooting hardware, software, account, and printer issues, and installing software applications
- Must have networking knowledge and comprehension
- Must display strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems with limited direction
- Ability to lead projects and teams as assigned and directed
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Extreme attention to detail
