The Marketing Team Lead at CannonDesign's Facility Optimization Solutions supports business growth by leading proposal development, managing marketing strategies, and engaging with clients and internal teams to enhance brand presence and secure new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue target clients, opportunities, and growth strategies in collaboration with marketing and leadership teams
Lead the development of comprehensive proposals to attract clients and grow market presence
Manage proposal team workflow, deadlines, and quality control to ensure high-quality, brand-compliant submissions
Develop market-specific marketing content and oversee proposal content library management
Create executive summary presentations highlighting project outcomes and key insights for clients and stakeholders
Interface with senior project managers to develop proposals and assist in interview preparation and presentation development
Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs and oversee marketing research efforts
Engage with market leaders to identify shared client engagement opportunities outside formal procurement cycles
Participate in strategic planning and brand marketing initiatives with regional marketing teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
7 years related experience required; market-specific experience is a huge plus
Excellent written communication, editing, and research skills
Demonstrated success in marketing professional services and products regardless of industry
Related experience working in a marketing or communications role for a professional services firm required
Must be proactive, self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and have an enthusiasm for innovation
Strong time and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Solid skills in management, strategic thinking, and writing or design with the potential and or interest to further develop in at least one of these areas
Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, CRM including Deltek CRM Vision and HubSpot

Salary range of $70,300 to $87,875 annually, with potential for discretionary bonuses
