Key Responsibilities
- As a Survey Project Manager, you'll serve as a trusted leader for both clients and project teams, helping guide projects from initial planning through final delivery.
- Managing multiple survey projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget expectations
- Leading survey efforts for utility, renewable energy, commercial, and land development projects
- Collaborating with engineers, project managers, field crews, contractors, and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
- Reviewing survey deliverables, project scope, schedules, and resource allocation
- Managing project financials, including budgets, forecasting, and overall project performance
- Serving as a key point of contact for clients and helping foster long-term partnerships
- Providing mentorship and technical guidance to survey staff and emerging professionals
- Supporting a collaborative, team-first culture where knowledge sharing and professional growth are encouraged
- Identifying challenges early, developing solutions, and keeping projects moving forward
Requirements

- Experience managing survey projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, project execution, and client management
- Experience with utility, power & energy, renewable energy, land development, or infrastructure projects
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, or similar survey technologies
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a desire to continuously learn and grow
