Job Description
The Project Coordinator supports project leaders and project teams by coordinating project documentation, contracts, change orders, pay applications, system updates, proposal/AWO setup, and project tracking activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Real Estate, Land Planning, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent experience may be considered in place of a degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience working with project deadlines, client expectations, contractor documentation, consultant coordination, and internal project teams preferred
- Experience with project management systems such as Vision, Procore, Kahua, Concord, Autodesk, or similar platforms preferred.
- Must reside in the Central or Eastern time zone
