Job Description
The role involves leading full-cycle project management for data center and commercial land development projects, collaborating with clients and teams to ensure successful project delivery, managing budgets and schedules, and overseeing technical and permitting challenges in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full cycle project delivery for data center and commercial land development projects
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and leadership to ensure project success, profitability, and technical quality
- Oversee project budgets, proposals, contracts, scopes, and schedules
- Mentor and direct project teams to promote communication and knowledge sharing
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company externally
- Address complex engineering and permitting challenges to influence project outcomes
Requirements
- Professional Engineer PE license required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 8 plus years of experience in residential and or commercial land development
- Deep understanding of local development codes, permitting processes, and construction practices
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and client expectations
