Job Description
The Project Manager at Atwell, LLC leads and manages land development projects, utilizing engineering expertise and design tools, while building client relationships, mentoring staff, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects from initiation to completion
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for design and analysis
- Build and maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities
- Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing
- Mentor junior staff and implement quality control measures
Requirements
- P.E. License in Michigan
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required
- Experience managing private commercial residential land development projects
- Proven ability to cultivate enduring client relationships and translate complex technical analysis
- Demonstrated skill in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and creating compelling technical proposals
- Strong track record of leading project teams and actively mentoring junior engineering staff to foster growth and collaboration
