Job Description

The Culture and Engagement Manager supports the development and execution of programs that enhance employee engagement, reinforce company values, and improve overall employee experience through initiatives, surveys, and culture-focused campaigns across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the people and culture aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including onboarding, communications, and storytelling.
  • Design, administer, and analyze pulse and engagement surveys to measure employee experience and program effectiveness.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to communicate engagement trends and inform culture initiatives.
  • Support the design and coordination of culture programs such as employee recognition, storytelling, and appreciation initiatives.
  • Manage and lead initiatives for the Science Olympiad and Atwell Gives Foundation, including volunteer coordination and event management.
  • Partner with leaders to encourage participation in culture, community, and engagement initiatives across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Organization Development, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in employee engagement, culture programs, employee experience, organizational development, or related field
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the company, including up to the CEO
  • Ability to design, administer, and analyze engagement and pulse surveys, and translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong planning, organization, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time
  • Ability to manage and coordinate culture and engagement initiatives across multiple offices while balancing competing priorities and deadlines
  • Understanding of employee experience considerations during organizational change and mergers and acquisitions
  • Support the people and culture aspects of mergers and acquisitions in partnership with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Execute culture integration touchpoints, including onboarding experiences, communications, and storytelling that reinforce shared values
  • Design, administer, and analyze pulse and engagement surveys throughout the acquisition and integration process
  • Support tracking, analysis, and reporting of KPIs related to program effectiveness, employee engagement, turnover, quality of hire, and related metrics
  • Participate in integration roadshows to share M&A updates and guide employees through onboarding and integration expectations
  • Support the design and coordination of culture programs that reinforce Atwell's core values, including employee recognition, storytelling, appreciation initiatives, and leadership visibility efforts
  • Partner with the Senior Director to execute culture-focused campaigns and events that promote connection and engagement across Atwell locations
  • Manage and lead initiatives for the Atwell Science Olympiad and Atwell Gives Foundation, including coordination of volunteers, events, and leadership participation
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and insights that clearly communicate engagement trends, risks, and opportunities to leaders
  • Translate engagement data into clear, practical recommendations that inform new or enhanced culture and employee experience initiatives
