Job Description
A Project Engineer specializing in site civil engineering and land development, responsible for designing infrastructure systems, managing project phases from planning to construction, handling permitting processes, and contributing to company growth through client and government engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, and roadway design
- Oversee projects from initial entitlements to construction completion
- Handle multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies
- Develop and implement permitting strategies to meet project deadlines
- Participate in marketing initiatives and build relationships with clients and government entities
- Contribute to company growth by delivering high-quality projects and ensuring client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC ABET Accredited University
- PE Licensure is required
- Relevant work experience in Maryland is preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD is preferred
- Ability to work in the company's Annapolis office on a hybrid schedule
