Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the production team to draft, review, and finalize site plans and construction documents

Ability to analyze project survey data, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents, to assess existing site conditions.
Experience in preparing a wide range of reports, opinions, and recommendations such as hydrology hydraulic studies, project schedules, and storm sewer reports.
Ability to provide construction support services, including permit applications and quantity estimates, and direct junior team members in these tasks.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering related to land development or similar projects.
