Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to analyze project survey data, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents, to assess existing site conditions.
  • Experience in preparing a wide range of reports, opinions, and recommendations such as hydrology hydraulic studies, project schedules, and storm sewer reports.
  • Ability to provide construction support services, including permit applications and quantity estimates, and direct junior team members in these tasks.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering related to land development or similar projects.
  • Educational background in Civil Engineering or a related field (specific degree requirements are not explicitly stated but implied).
