Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the production team to draft, review, and finalize site plans and construction documents

- Prepare technical reports, opinions, and recommendations such as hydrology studies and storm sewer reports

Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and various engineering software packages to ensure assignments are completed on time and within budget.
- Experience in collaborating closely with the production team to assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing preliminary and final site plans and construction documents.
- Ability to analyze project survey data, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents, to assess existing site conditions.
- Experience in preparing a wide range of reports, opinions, and recommendations such as hydrology hydraulic studies, project schedules, and storm sewer reports.
- Ability to provide construction support services, including permit applications and quantity estimates, and direct junior team members in these tasks.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering related to land development or similar projects.
- Educational background in Civil Engineering or a related field (specific degree requirements are not explicitly stated but implied).
