Atwell is growing, and we're seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Land Solutions, Payment Services Team in Southfield, MI.
Key Responsibilities
Hotline Management (Primary Focus): Serve as the main point of contact for our client's landowner hotline — answering calls, addressing inquiries, and ensuring landowners receive timely, accurate, and professional responses.
Landowner Support: Communicate with landowners, gather information, and route inquiries to Subject Matter Experts. Collaborate with Financial Services Specialists to maintain strong relationships.
Document Accuracy: Conduct quality reviews, request supporting materials, and carefully review deeds, titles, and appraisals. Record memorandums with counties when needed.
Project Organization: Collect, organize, and maintain project files in line with Atwell standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Financial Services Specialist and Project Manager to ensure tasks and deadlines are met.
Qualifications
Experience handling high call volumes or working in a customer service/hotline environment (strongly preferred).
1+ year of administrative experience (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication — comfortable and confident speaking with people over the phone.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
