Job Description
Atwell, LLC is a bold leader in the consulting, engineering, and construction services industry, delivering a broad range of creative solutions to clients in the real estate & land development, and energy markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with project teams and clients to prepare project documents and proposals.
- Draft, review, and finalize project deliverables including: Site plans Engineering reports Cost estimates Project schedules Permit applications Due diligence reports
- Make edits and modifications to plans based on client and agency feedback.
- Research local/state zoning requirements for properties and projects.
- Conduct site visits and field assignments.
- Analyze site survey data and consider development factors.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to complete assignments efficiently and according to quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, municipalities, and agencies under the direction of the Project Manager.
- Update Project Manager and Team Leader on workload status.
- Apply fundamental engineering concepts to practical situations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Two to four (2-4) years of experience in civil engineering, with experience leading design aspects of development projects preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Grading Design, Technical Writing, 3-D Modeling, MS Office, and Plan Interpretation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent workload management skills.
