Job Description
An Associate Project Manager at Atwell, LLC is responsible for leading and overseeing commercial and residential land development projects, managing design, client relationships, project financials, and team mentorship to ensure high standards and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee site civil projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
- Design project plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage project financials, including billing and invoicing
- Mentor and support junior staff members
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards
Requirements
- A Professional Engineer license in Delaware.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
- Proven track record in managing both commercial and residential land development projects.
- Strong client management and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated skills in business development and a proactive approach to opportunities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.
