Job Description
The Associate Project Manager at Atwell, LLC will lead and oversee commercial and residential land development projects, ensuring quality, managing client relationships, and supporting business growth within a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
- Design project plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage project financials, including billing and invoicing
- Mentor and support junior staff members
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards
Requirements
- A Professional Engineer license in Maryland.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
- Proven track record in managing both commercial and residential land development projects.
- Strong client management and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated skills in business development and a proactive approach to opportunities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.
