Job Description
A land development project manager responsible for leading and overseeing civil engineering projects, managing client relationships, ensuring quality standards, and supporting business growth within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee land development projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
- Design project plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage project financials, including billing and invoicing
- Mentor and support junior staff members
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies for project design and analysis.
- Proven track record in managing land development projects.
- Strong client management and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated skills in business development and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies for project design and analysis.
- Experience in managing land development projects.
- A Professional Engineer license is preferred.
- Ability to oversee site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with high standards and client expectations.
- Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Ability to oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
- Strong communication skills for client management and interpersonal interactions.
- Ability to identify and seize new business opportunities to contribute to firm growth.
