Job Description
The Associate Project Manager in Atwell's Environmental group will collaborate on site plans and construction documents, analyze survey data, mentor junior staff, and prepare technical reports, contributing to diverse environmental projects within a dynamic consulting and engineering firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing site plans and construction documents
- Analyze survey data and existing site conditions, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easements, and condo documents
- Provide environmental expertise and support project-related environmental tasks
- Guide and mentor junior staff to ensure accurate and efficient task execution
- Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations related to environmental aspects of projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in environmental studies
- Six (6) or more years of related experience
