Job Description
The Associate Project Manager will lead and oversee renewable energy projects, primarily solar, managing site civil design, client relationships, project financials, and team mentorship to ensure successful project delivery and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee renewable energy site civil projects from start to finish
- Design project layouts using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage project financials, including billing and invoicing
- Guide and support junior staff members
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies for project design and analysis.
- Proven track record in managing renewable energy or land development projects.
- Strong client management and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated skills in business development and a proactive approach to opportunities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.
- A Professional Engineer license is preferred.
- Experience in overseeing site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring phases align with high standards and client expectations.
- Ability to oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships and deliver results that exceed expectations.
- Ability to identify and seize new business opportunities to contribute to firm’s growth and success.
