Job Description
A Production Planner is responsible for coordinating and scheduling manufacturing activities for RF and EMI filters used in high-tech industries, ensuring timely delivery, optimizing workflows, managing inventory, and supporting continuous improvement in production and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule production activities to ensure timely delivery of RF and EMI filter products
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to optimize workflow and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods and initiate procurement actions as necessary
- Prepare and maintain production schedules, work orders, and documentation according to facility standards
- Analyze production data to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements
- Assist in forecasting demand based on customer orders and historical trends
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for production planning and supply chain processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word, Outlook
