Junior Quality Engineer

• Conduct First Article Inspections on internal and externally manufactured products. • Monitor and analyze quality performance. • Participate in scheduled program review meetings. • Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues. • Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements. • Assist in closing customer-related issues as required. • Assist and conduct Quality Management System audits as scheduled. • Support DMIR, In-process, and Final Inspection activities. • Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to develop and implement controls and improvements. • Analyze customer feedback, maintain records, and implement necessary changes to manufacturing processes.

• Bachelor's Degree in quality, industrial, electrical, or mechanical engineering. • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings. • 1+ years of experience in a technical engineering-based role. • Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices and SPC. • ASQ certification is preferred. • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Understanding of ISO 13485 and AS9100 standards preferred. Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000
