The Senior HR Generalist – Employee Relations & Development plays a key role in supporting the organization through strategic and hands-on human resources support. This position focuses on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and HR compliance while partnering closely with managers to foster a positive and productive work environment. The role also leads HR training initiatives, manages the Learning Management System (LMS), and supports organizational development efforts that align with business objectives.
• Employee Relations & Manager Support Provide strategic and hands-on employee relations support, including conflict resolution, policy interpretation, coaching, and workplace investigations. Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to promote fair and consistent employee management. Conduct exit interviews and manage voluntary termination processes, identifying trends and opportunities for organizational improvement.
• Performance Management Lead and manage the company’s performance management program, coaching managers and employees to support both business outcomes and professional development. Facilitate and track the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement strategies and documentation.
• Training & Development Lead the implementation, administration, and ongoing management of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS). Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on HR policies, compliance requirements, leadership development, and workplace best practices. Support leadership development initiatives and organizational capability building.
• Organizational Development & HR Programs Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management initiatives. Mentor and provide guidance to junior HR staff, supporting development and knowledge sharing within the HR team.
• Additional Responsibilities Provide secondary support for employee engagement activities and company events. Participate in and lead special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong emphasis in employee relations and performance management.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and advising managers on complex employee issues.
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• SHRM-CP/SCP or (S)PHR preferred
• Experience developing and delivering training programs and managing learning systems preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000
