Job Description
A Test Engineer responsible for developing and executing testing procedures for complex fluid, mechanical, and electrical systems related to high-pressure gas and power systems, including designing test plans, analyzing data, troubleshooting test hardware, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and oversee testing procedures for complex fluid, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Design test plans and analyze performance data
- Build and troubleshoot test stand fluids and instrumentation systems
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Work with test automation and data acquisition systems
- Conduct on-site testing at local test facilities, including travel up to 40%
Requirements
- Experience in developing, executing, and overseeing testing procedures and test stand hardware to test complex fluid, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Ability to design test plans and analyze performance data.
- Experience in building and troubleshooting test stand fluids and instrumentation systems.
- Knowledge of ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Experience in test automation and data acquisition.
- Experience working with high-energy or hazardous systems.
- This position requires on-site work with up to 40% travel to local test facilities.
