Job Description
A Senior Process Engineer responsible for developing, managing, and executing process engineering deliverables for modular units such as biomass gasification, oxy-combustion, and CO2 capture systems, from conceptual design through plant commissioning and operation, ensuring successful project execution and adherence to standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own process engineering deliverables for modular process units such as biomass gasification, oxy-combustion, supercritical CO2 power generation, CO2 purification and liquefaction, and wastewater treatment
- Participate in activities from conceptual studies through plant commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting
- Manage EPC process engineering efforts during detailed engineering and construction phases to ensure successful project execution
- Establish internal documentation, standards, and work processes for process engineering
Requirements
- Experience developing and owning process engineering deliverables for modular process units such as biomass gasification, oxy-combustion, supercritical CO2 power generation, CO2 purification and liquefaction, and wastewater treatment.
- Participation in a wide range of activities from conceptual studies through plant commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting.
- Experience managing EPC process engineering efforts during detailed engineering and construction phases to ensure successful project execution.
- Experience across the project lifecycle from conceptual design through detailed design, commissioning, and operation.
- Hands-on experience with construction or field troubleshooting in process engineering projects.
