Job Description
A Tax Manager role focused on serving technology clients within a top CPA and advisory firm, responsible for developing tax strategies, managing ASC740 tax provisions, and ensuring compliance for corporate and pass-through entities, with opportunities for growth and flexible work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with ASC740 tax provisions and related calculations
- Prepare and review corporate and pass-through tax return filings for technology industry clients
- Develop and implement tax strategies to reduce clients' tax liabilities
Requirements
- Experience with exposure to ASC740 tax provisions and related calculations is a must.
- Familiarity with technology industry clients, including those with both corporate and pass-through tax return filings, is required.
