Job Description
A Senior Tax Associate at Aprio will work with a dynamic team to provide tax services to middle to large-sized clients, contributing to a fast-growing, innovative CPA and advisory firm with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tax returns for middle to large-sized clients
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
- Assist with tax compliance and reporting requirements
- Research and stay updated on current tax laws and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver client solutions
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working in tax, accounting, or a related field.
- Have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate proficiency in preparing and reviewing federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
- Possess strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations relevant to middle to large-sized tax clients.
- Show ability to analyze financial data and provide tax planning and consulting services.
- Have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Be willing to work with diverse and energetic teams within the tax department.
- Be committed to continuous learning and professional development, including support for CPA certification and related programs.
