Job Description
The Senior Manager of Accounting Operations oversees operational processes, manages team performance, and drives continuous improvement to ensure high-quality client service and operational efficiency within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.

Requirements
- Experience in overseeing operational processes within accounting or finance functions, with a focus on ensuring seamless client delivery.
- Ability to manage team performance and drive continuous improvement across service and functional teams.
- Experience supporting both onshore and offshore teams to maintain high-quality standards.
- Proven ability to meet service-level agreements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills to oversee team performance and operational processes.
- Experience in managing or overseeing client delivery in an accounting or advisory firm environment.
- Demonstrated ability to support and manage operational processes in a fast-growing firm.
- Knowledge of operational standards and quality assurance in accounting or finance operations.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment with high-energy, passionate, and ambitious team members.
- Experience in managing or supporting teams that speak multiple languages or operate across multiple locations is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
