Senior Healthcare Accounting Manager

• Oversee a portfolio of healthcare and professional services clients, ensuring a high standard of client service and satisfaction • Coordinate with team members to ensure the accurate and timely completion of weekly accounting activities, month-end close processes, and financial reporting • Review and approve month-end and year-end financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and client requirements • Provide proactive, strategic advisory support related to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to help clients achieve organizational objectives • Serve as a subject matter expert for complex accounting matters, providing guidance to both clients and internal team members • Lead, mentor, and develop staff, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency across client engagements • Ensure compliance with internal controls and best practices to maintain the accuracy and integrity of client financial records • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and other service providers, to support client needs • Stay informed of emerging healthcare industry trends and regulatory developments and apply relevant insights to client solutions and team operations

• CPA or equivalent professional credential preferred • Minimum of seven years of experience in an outsourced accounting or professional services environment • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management • Experience with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, Xero, NetSuite, BILL, and Fathom preferred • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal leadership, team members, clients, and external vendors • Strong project management approach with the ability to manage multiple client engagements consistently • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet established deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
