Key Responsibilities
Provide trusted financial insights to private and closely-held companies to minimize risk and support business decisions
Assist in planning, executing, and completing audits in accordance with applicable standards
Communicate audit findings clearly and build trusted partnerships with clients and stakeholders
Help clients maximize opportunities through strategic financial advice and risk management
Support the audit process to ensure it is seamless, impactful, and compliant with regulations
Requirements
Experience working with private and closely-held companies providing trusted financial insights that minimize risk, build stronger relationships with lenders and stakeholders, and empower clients to focus on the future.
Ability to help clients maximize opportunities and make confident business decisions through assurance services that go beyond compliance, including clear communication, trusted partnerships, and making the audit process as seamless and impactful as possible.
Proven expertise in assurance or audit services within a CPA or advisory firm environment.
Demonstrated ability to provide financial insights that help clients make informed business decisions and manage risks.
Experience working in a fast-growing industry or with fast-growing industries is preferred.
Strong communication skills to facilitate clear communication and trusted partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively within a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team of professionals.
