Job Description
A Senior Accounting Associate in the Nonprofit sector responsible for leading the monthly close process, overseeing staff accountants, handling complex technical tasks, and working closely with clients and management to ensure high-quality service and support organizational growth.

- Train and oversee Staff Accountants' work
- Complete technically complex accounting tasks on engagements
- Collaborate with engagement managers to provide customer service
Requirements
- Lead the monthly close process for a set of clients in the Nonprofit sector.
- Train and oversee the work of Staff Accountants.
- Complete the most technically complex tasks on the engagement.
- Work with the engagement manager to provide superior customer service.
- Possess experience as a corporate or public accountant.
- Ability to work in a highly experienced, high-quality, collegial team of accounting professionals.
