Job Description
An Associate in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government team at a top CPA and advisory firm, responsible for helping clients maximize their opportunities through innovative and strategic financial and business advisory services, while working in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in maximizing their business opportunities and increasing organizational value.
- Apply innovative and proven methods to improve client organizations in a cost-effective manner.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality CPA, tax, and consulting services to clients.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a role related to aerospace, defense, or government industries.
- Have a bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrate proficiency in accounting principles and practices relevant to aerospace, defense, or government sectors.
- Show ability to apply innovative and proven methods to increase the value of clients' organizations in a cost-effective manner.
- Be capable of working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment with a high level of energy, care, and commitment.
- Possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients across diverse industries.
- Be willing to work in a flexible working environment, including remote and hybrid options.
- Be able to meet the physical demands of the role, including working in an office or client site environment as required.
- Have the ability to participate in a CPA support program and pursue CPA certification, with cash incentives upon completion.
- Be committed to continuous learning and professional growth, with an interest in advancing into management or leadership roles.
