Job Description
The Senior Manager in Learning Development at Aprio is responsible for leading and enhancing the firm's training programs, fostering professional growth, and supporting continuous learning initiatives within a dynamic, fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver learning programs for clients and staff
- Manage and oversee learning development initiatives
- Support professional growth and continuous learning within the organization
Requirements
- Possession of a CPA Certification or willingness to obtain CPA Certification with assistance and bonus program provided
- Experience working in a learning and development environment, preferably within a professional services or advisory firm
- Ability to work collaboratively within a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team of professionals
- Willingness to grow professionally through continuous learning and advancement opportunities
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, with terms and conditions applying to selected roles and locations
- Physical and mental capacity to work in an office environment, including onsite work when required
- Experience or familiarity with providing on-demand learning classes or training programs
- Ability to contribute to a performance-based culture, including understanding of performance metrics and incentive programs
