Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement learning and development programs for employees
- Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and create relevant learning materials
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.
- Have a bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate experience supporting the development and implementation of learning programs and initiatives within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Show ability to foster an expansive learning culture aligned with the firm's mission.
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with a diverse team and clients.
- Be able to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous learning and professional growth.
- Have the ability to support and promote the firm's core behaviors and cultural values, including delivering an exceptional team-member and client experience.
