Prepare client financial statements

Maintain & review General Ledger, AP, AR

Prepare client month-end close for enterprise clients

Review month end financials prepared by team members

Communicate and build relationships with clients

Provide leadership, coaching, and development to team of direct reports

Manage system approvals for required business applications

Participate in onboarding/offboarding of team members (interviewing, hiring, selection, replacement requests, etc.)

Delegate tasks to team members and ensure client assignments are appropriately distributed and balanced across the team

Conduct monthly internal training for the team (soft/technical skills)

Conduct performance evaluations at set frequencies and deliver feedback regularly to ensure the success of the team members

Participate in meetings (attending and facilitating) with managers, peers, and others

Review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Create new processes to streamline tasks and maximize team member efficiency
