• Support the Tech Advisory team by processing billing on a regular basis
• Add jobs to client accounts
• Update billing rates as needed
• Continuously monitor for newly onboarded clients
• Ensure billing setups are accurate, timely, and aligned with team needs
• Identify opportunities to improve and document billing processes and procedures
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Sound judgment and problem-solving ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with billing or CRM software a plus
• Prior experience in a professional services or technology environment preferred
• Amenable to work on a hybrid work arrangement
• Amenable to work on a night shift (8pm-5am)
