Job Description

A Senior Audit Associate at Aprio will perform and oversee audit engagements for private and closely held companies, providing accurate financial statements and assurance services to help clients manage risks and make informed business decisions within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform audits for private and closely held companies to ensure accurate financial statements.
  • Adhere to PCAOB standards and provide assurance services to clients.
  • Build trusted client relationships through clear communication and efficient audit processes.
  • Assist in identifying and minimizing financial risks for clients.
  • Contribute to the preparation and review of financial statements and audit documentation.

Requirements

  • Possess a CPA Certification or be in the process of obtaining CPA Certification, with assistance and bonus programs available.
  • Have professional experience in auditing, specifically with private and closely held companies, and be capable of providing precise financial statements.
  • Adhere to the highest professional standards as a registered member of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).
  • Demonstrate the ability to build trusted relationships, communicate clearly, and work efficiently throughout the audit process.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge of assurance services and personalized audit expertise.
  • Be willing to work in a hybrid setup if the role is location-specific, with terms and conditions to be specified.
  • Be able to work onsite if required, with access to provided shuttle services and meals.
  • Be committed to continuous learning and professional growth, including participation in on-demand learning classes.
  • Be able to work full-time as a member of the assurance team, contributing to the firm's high-growth environment.
