Job Description
The Senior Assurance Manager oversees quality control reviews of lower-risk engagements such as audits and compilations in standardized industries, leveraging U.S. GAAP expertise, while mentoring an offshore QC team and supporting continuous improvement within a growing CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality QC reviews of lower-risk engagements such as compilations and audits in standardized, high-volume industries.
- Leverage U.S. GAAP and auditing expertise to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency in engagements.
- Build and mentor an offshore QC team through training, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Perform high-quality QC reviews of lower-risk engagements such as compilations and audits in standardized, high-volume industries including affordable housing and employee benefit plans.
- Leverage U.S. GAAP and auditing expertise to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency in engagements.
- Build and mentor an offshore QC team, including driving training, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement.
