Job Description
The Senior Assurance Manager Professional Practice Groups role involves performing high-quality quality control reviews of lower-risk engagements such as compilations and audits, leveraging U.S. GAAP and auditing expertise, while mentoring an offshore QC team and supporting the firm's growth and client service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality QC reviews of lower-risk engagements such as compilations and audits in standardized, high-volume industries.
- Leverage U.S. GAAP and auditing expertise to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency in engagements.
- Build and mentor an offshore QC team through training, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Perform high-quality QC reviews of lower-risk engagements such as compilations and audits in standardized, high-volume industries including affordable housing and employee benefit plans.
- Leverage U.S. GAAP and auditing expertise to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency in engagement reviews.
- Build and mentor an offshore QC team, including driving training, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Possess a CPA certification or be eligible to obtain one (implied by CPA Certification Assistance).
