Job Description
The Senior Associate in Business Valuation at Aprio will work with a leading CPA and advisory firm to perform business valuation services, supporting clients in maximizing their opportunities and contributing to a dynamic, growth-oriented team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform business valuation analyses for clients.
- Prepare valuation reports and documentation.
- Assist in financial data collection and analysis.
- Support senior team members in valuation projects.
- Maintain knowledge of valuation standards and industry practices.
Requirements
- Possess a CPA Certification or be in the process of obtaining CPA Certification with assistance and bonus program offered
- Have experience working in business valuation, with a clear understanding of valuation principles and practices
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high-energy, collaborative environment
- Be willing to grow professionally through continuous learning and advancement opportunities
- Meet the physical or logistical requirements for onsite work if applicable, including participation in hybrid work arrangements where roles are designated as such
