Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required.

1–2 years of administrative or tax-related experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience with tax software systems such as CCH Axcess, GoSystem, UltraTax, or SafeSend Returns is an advantage.

Strong time management and task prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent administrative, computer literacy, and data management skills.

Highly organized, with strong customer service orientation and effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Keen attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough self-review of work.

Proactive, positive, and dependable attitude; able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Amenable to onsite work in either the Makati or Clark office and comfortable working a night shift schedule.

Willing and able to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

This is a project-based, seasonal role with a 3-month engagement period.
