Key Responsibilities
Managing the internal client project intake process.
Setting expectations for internal clients on their project status and deliverables.
Coordinating/communicating with subject matter experts to clearly define expectations.
Queuing up new jobs and tasks in ClickUp, Aprio’s project management system, consistently documenting pertinent and essential information that is needed for task completion.
Assisting the Senior Production Manager with monitoring projects to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintaining communications and content archives on the internal portal.
Assisting the in-house photo studio manager in AV (audio/video) productions.
Assisting the events manager with event and asset deliverables.
Act as the primary support for the Growth Team
Requirements
Must be able to develop an understanding of a variety of platforms ranging from back-end intranet maintenance/Sharepoint, Brand Folder - our digital asset management platform and ClickUp - our project management tool.
Word Press, Hubspot and PowerBI knowledge a plus. This candidate will receive access to a library of courses in which they may build their skills and receive credit for completing said courses (via LinkedIn Learning).
Must have a clear and consistent communication on a daily basis with the team members and clients is essential to ensure that projects progress in a timely manner and meet our deadlines.
Experience: 3+ years of marketing or related experience. It is important that the candidate understands the marketing eco-system as well as the follow-up required to make marketing efforts productive.
Amenable to working either a mid-shift (3:00 PM–12:00 AM PHT) or night shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT).
Open to a hybrid work arrangement, consisting of 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home each week.
