Job Description
A managerial financial analyst role supporting financial reporting, analysis, and strategic projects within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm, working closely with the U.S.-based CFO team to enable informed decision-making and contribute to the firm's growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial reporting, analysis, and special projects across the firm's finance and operations functions
- Provide analytical insights, data management, and process support to the U.S.-based CFO team
- Conduct financial analysis, data modeling, and business process improvement to enable informed decision-making
Requirements
- Support financial reporting, analysis, and special projects across the firm's finance and operations functions.
- Work closely with the U.S.-based CFO team to provide analytical insights, data management, and process support.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives within a fast-growing professional services firm.
- Possess a CPA Certification or be willing to obtain CPA Certification with assistance and bonus program provided.
- Demonstrate experience in financial analysis, data modeling, and business process improvement.
- Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports and data to enable informed decision-making at the leadership level.
- Work effectively in a high-visibility role that requires blending financial analysis, data modeling, and process improvement skills.
- Be based in the Philippines and support the U.S. team remotely or onsite as per role requirements.
- Possess the ability to work in a collaborative environment with a high-energy, passionate, and ambitious team.
