Requirements
Bachelor's Degree - Accounting, Education, Psychology, Communications, Commerce, Finance, Human Resources or Taxation (Required)
Master’s Degree - Taxation, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or Business Administration (MBA) (Preferred)
2-3 years of experience using training software and tracking learning content in a learning management system (LMS), preferably LCvista. (Preferred)
2-3 years of experience coordinating in-person, virtual, and hybrid event management logistics. (Required)
2-3 years proven experience applying instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles to design, develop, and deliver effective technical training programs. (Required)
2-3 years demonstrated ability to evaluate training effectiveness using learning analytics, feedback, and performance metrics, with a track record of implementing improvements based on data-driven insights. (Required)
2-3 years strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and build relationships across global teams. (Required)
2-3 years proficiency in leveraging learning technologies and tools (e.g., LMS, MS Office Suite, SharePoint, articulate 360, Power BI, and virtual facilitation platforms such as Teams or Zoom). (Required)
2-3 years of experience in a client service or teaching role with a keen interest in transitioning into the training domain. (Preferred)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – PH/US (Required)

Instructional Design (ID) (Preferred)
Digital Learning & Instructional Design Certificate: Digital Learning Institute (DLI) (Preferred)
CLDP / CPLP / CPTD – Certified Professional in Talent Development: Association for Talent Development (ATD) / CLDP (Preferred)
Instructional Design or eLearning Certification: ATD, USA or any Training Industry (Preferred)
NASBA CPE Sponsor familiarity or certification in CPE program management: NASBA, AICPA, Professional Education Services (PES), The Consultants Training Institute (CTI) or any authorized training providers (Preferred)
Training and Facilitation Certificate (TFC): Association for Talent Development (Preferred)
Certified Learning Facilitator (CLF): International Institute for Facilitation (Preferred)
Corporate Trainer Certification (CTC): Management and Strategy Institute (Preferred)
