Job Description
The Audit Associate at Aprio PH will assist in conducting financial audits for private and closely held companies, providing assurance and financial insights to clients while adhering to professional standards and building trusted relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements for private and closely held companies.
- Conduct audits in compliance with PCAOB standards and assurance services.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships through clear communication and personalized audit expertise.
- Identify and minimize risks during the audit process.
- Ensure adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- The candidate must live in the Philippines.
- The candidate must be a registered member of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).
- The candidate must have the ability to work with private and closely held companies to prepare precise financial statements that provide accurate information needed to effectively manage successful business relationships.
- The candidate must offer specialized and personalized audit expertise that provides stakeholders with confidence and financial insight needed to make sound business decisions.
- The candidate must adhere to the highest professional standards in assurance services.
- The candidate must be able to build trusted relationships, communicate clearly, and work efficiently throughout the audit process.
- The candidate must be willing to work as part of a team in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
- The candidate must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- The candidate must be willing to participate in CPA Certification Assistance and Bonus Program.
