Job Description
The Associate, Payroll Audit at Aprio is responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and quality control by reviewing payroll configurations, validating data, and performing audits to identify discrepancies and reduce risks, supporting client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Review payroll configurations and validate payroll data prior to release
- Perform ongoing payroll audits to identify discrepancies
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality control across payroll processes
- Collaborate with payroll teams to resolve issues and discrepancies
Requirements
- Hands-on payroll processing experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review payroll data, identify inconsistencies, and collaborate with payroll teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to review payroll configurations and validate payroll data prior to release
- Experience performing ongoing payroll audits to identify discrepancies and reduce risk
