• Oversee the export and import of historical data as needed.
• Execute daily imports of sales data from various Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Daily review of sales entries, prioritizing clients and ensuring accuracy.
• Regular scrutiny of the activity log for errors, with prompt corrective actions.
• Access and participate in training sessions to enhance proficiency in Sage Intacct modules and configurations.
• Replicate and create reports, dashboards, and contribute to the overall setup of Sage Intacct.
• Assist in resolving help desk tickets related to Sage Intacct, leveraging advanced understanding and expertise in the software.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related field.
• In-depth knowledge of Sage Intacct functionalities.
• Proficient in Vlookups, Filters, and Pivot tables.
• Ability to differentiate between balance sheet and income statement entries.
• Proficiency in working with and understanding journal entries.
• Ability to develop checks and balances confirm data accuracy
• Independent thinker with aptitude to Identify potential ways to expedite existing processes
• Detail-oriented and process-driven individual with clear and effective communication skills.
• Amenable to work on a hybrid work setup in Makati or Clark (note that initially, this requires to work onsite for the 1st 2 months)
